We would like to introduce a case study of the renewal of the Web internal newsletter utilizing our "internal newsletter app" at a lifestyle goods manufacturer. A vulnerability was discovered in the previously used system, making the switch urgent. While considering the paperless transition of the printed internal newsletter, we implemented a renewal aimed at the overall digitalization of internal communications. After the implementation, it became easier to use and layout, and due to the lack of space restrictions, special features that were not possible on paper were realized.
